Roles & Responsibilities:1)Experience of core performance marketing with hands-on ownership of Meta + Google Ads campaigns2)Independently managing 15–30L monthly media budgets3)Candidates currently working at very small or relatively unknown agencies, or those with experience limited to Tier 2/3 city companies with minimal exposure to scaled campaigns, may be avoided4)Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted digital strategies to generate high-quality leads for the Online PGDM program. Optimize lead funnels and landing pages to maximize conversions.5) Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta(Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Analyze campaign performance, track ROI,and continuously optimize for better outcomes.6) Content Marketing & SEO: Oversee content strategy for websites, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure SEO-driven, engaging content.7) Social Media Management: Manage and grow official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Create engaging content calendars and drive organic engagement. Conduct competitor analysis and trend monitoring.
