We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics beyond vanity numbers — someone who thinks in terms of CPA, ROAS, margin, EPC, and scale.If you have experience in search arbitrage or lead generation, that’s a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities* Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on:* Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)* Manage daily budgets and optimize aggressively for performance* Test creatives, audiences, angles, and landing pages* Monitor and improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall funnel metrics* Ensure accurate tracking via Pixels, GA4, GTM, and other tools* Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities* Work closely with internal teams to align traffic quality and business goalsWhat We’re Looking For* 1–5+ years of hands-on media buying experience* Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns* Strong understanding of performance metrics and attribution* Experience handling significant daily ad budgets* Analytical mindset with fast optimization decision-making* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance environmentBig Plus If You HaveExperience in Search ArbitrageExperience running Lead Generation campaignsAffiliate/performance marketing backgroundExperience working with ad networksFamiliarity with tracking platforms and performance toolsWhy Join Adsiduous Media?* Work with high-converting global traffic* Real budgets.
