Role OverviewAs a Social Media Manager & Brand Strategist at Altiora, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies for multiple brands. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, brand strategy, audience psychology, and performance-driven execution.You should be someone who understands how content, storytelling, positioning, and platform algorithms work together to build authority and drive engagement.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives• Build clear brand positioning and messaging frameworks for clients• Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)• Lead the creation of high-performing content formats including reels, short-form video, carousels, and thought leadership posts• Analyze social media insights and optimize strategies based on data and performance metrics• Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce impactful content• Identify trends, audience behaviour, and platform updates to keep brands ahead of the curve• Develop brand voice guidelines and storytelling frameworks for clients• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high creative and strategic standardsRequired Skills & Experience• 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital brand strategy• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and brand building• Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube growth strategies• Ability to create viral content concepts and high-engagement campaigns• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and engagement strategies• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking• Excellent communication and creative thinking skillsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re not looking for someone who just schedules posts.We want someone who:• Thinks like a brand builder• Understands consumer psychology and storytelling• Knows how to turn social media into a growth engine• Can bring creative ideas and strategic thinking to the table
