And we care deeply about building something iconic.If you’re excited about shaping a modern Indian fragrance house — not just participating in one — you’ll feel at home here.Key Responsibilities Optimize campaigns for critical metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, CTR, and retentionPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), ensuring scalable and ROI-positive growthLeverage your Q-commerce and E-commerce experience to craft real-time, demand-responsive strategies across products and locationsCollaborate with design and brand teams to deliver conversion-optimized creatives tailored to fast-moving consumer behaviorImplement and analyze A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentsWork closely with analytics, CRM, and product teams to ensure performance efforts align with user lifecycle and app engagementOwn attribution modeling and reporting using tools.Requirements4-7 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in D2C brand.Deep understanding of the Q-commerce and e-commerce funnel, from local targeting and app installs to instant conversions and reorders.Proven track record managing significant budgets and delivering scalable, ROI-positive growth.Ability to make data-driven decisions in a real-time, performance-heavy environmentStrong creative judgment and ability to guide high-performing ad creatives.Convert complex campaign data into simple insights for founders or product teams.
