Position Details:Role: SEO ExecutiveExperience: 3–7 YearsDepartment: Marketing / Digital MarketingWork Location: Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi (Near Bhikaji Kama Place)Working Days: 5.5 Days ( 2nd and 4th Off)Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:On-Page SEOKeyword research aligned with business and content objectivesOptimisation of meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structureCoordination with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practicesMonitoring content performance and recommending improvementsOff-Page SEOPlanning and execution of link-building strategiesIdentifying backlink opportunities through outreach and partnershipsMonitoring backlink profiles and managing toxic linksCompetitor off-page analysisTechnical SEORegular technical audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendliness, schema)Coordination with development teams to resolve SEO-related issuesManagement of XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and structured dataSupport during website migrations and large-scale SEO implementationsAnalytics & ReportingTracking SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO toolsMonitoring keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversionsPreparing monthly and quarterly SEO performance reportsRequired Skills & Experience4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience in Off Page, On Page and Technical SEO activities (IT / Technology preferred)Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEOExperience with large or complex websitesHands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MozBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platformsExposure to B2B, SaaS, or technology SEO preferred
