I never imagined this would become one of the biggest stores for F1 merchandise, with a community of thousands of patrons. But it is a lot more than that. My aim is not just to sell products; I wish to bring positive change to the world with the tools I have at my disposal. It's not about growing revenues or profits, or falling into the same trap the world teaches us to follow. It's about being one less idiot and doing things differently. I have run this store alone for more than a year and am now looking for people who share the same passion, grit and values towards the world and are committed to making it a little more livable. And I have no intention of using you for cheap labour, but being a self-funded startup with limited resources, I don't have a huge budget. I'm looking for a founding team with a long-term commitment and a stake in the business through equity, as well as young people who want to build something meaningful and are willing to take risks.
