Catering to a diverse clientele including small to large enterprises across various sectors, MNS has a dynamic workforce of >200 employees, driving its vision of delivering comprehensive credit management solutions globally.We are hiring a Head of Growth / Marketing to own MNS’s end-to-end growth engine - strategy through execution. You will build and run multi-channel demand generation, standardize lifecycle journeys with Sales/BDR, and implement an analytics stack that clearly ties marketing spend to pipeline and revenue. This is a high-ownership role with direct influence on revenue outcomes, positioning, and go-to-market execution.Key Responsibilities:GTM & Strategy: Define ICPs/segments, value propositions, annual growth plan, channel mix, and budget tied to revenue targets.Build the annual growth plan: channel strategy, budget allocation, quarterly targets, and pipeline coverage model.Demand Generation & ABM: Design and run multi-touch ABM programs for top accounts (Tier 1/Tier 2 account lists). Orchestrate outbound-support campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, events, retargeting, and partner channels.Build repeatable playbooks for vertical-specific demand (trade credit insurance, credit risk, collections, BIR/KYB).Lifecycle Marketing & Sales Alignment: Define lead stages, scoring, routing, nurture journeys, and reactivation workflows.Deliver sales enablement: decks, one-pagers, case studies, objection handling, battlecards.Brand, Partnerships & Events: Build thought leadership and credibility in credit management / business information / collections.Own event strategy and calendar (industry events + hosted roundtables/webinars).Team & Vendor Leadership: Hire and manage a lean high-output team (Performance, Content/SEO, Marketing Ops, Design/Creative as needed).Qualifications:8–14 years in B2B growth/demand gen (fintech/data/BFSI/services) with owned pipeline or revenue targets.Proven ABM + inbound + performance execution; ability to build repeatable GTM motions.Strong in lifecycle marketing + revenue ops: scoring, routing, automation, attribution, funnel optimization.Excellent cross-functional leadership: Sales/BDR alignment, stakeholder management, crisp communication.Experience in trade credit insurance, debt recovery, credit bureaus, business information reports, or LEI workflows is nice to have.Experience building event-led pipeline or partner-led growth in BFSI/enterprise ecosystems.
