The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of app growth strategies, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to drive app installs, engagement, retention, and revenue growthPlan and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.)Drive user acquisition and app growth initiativesOptimize app funnel metrics including downloads, activation, retention, and repeat transactionsCollaborate with product, CRM, analytics, and tech teams to enhance user experience and app performanceManage App Store Optimization (ASO) strategiesAnalyze campaign performance and derive actionable insightsDrive loyalty programs, push notifications, and in-app engagement strategiesMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviorRequirements3+ years of experience in mobile application marketing, preferably in QSR, FoodTech, Retail, or similar consumer brandsExperience working with brands like KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Starbucks, or equivalentStrong understanding of performance marketing and growth metricsHands-on experience in managing digital campaigns and marketing budgetsFull-time MBA (Marketing preferred)Strong analytical and communication skills
