This role requires a rare blend of luxury brand sensibility, digital marketing acumen, commercial understanding, and the maturity to represent an iconic global beauty house.The ideal candidate brings cross-industry luxury expertise—having shaped premium brands within prestige beauty or luxury fashion, worked closely with global and regional teams, and built aspirational customer experiences across physical and digital ecosystems. DG Beauty is a new local set up, with the opportunity to create something unique and special. The Marketing Head will work closely with regional team based in Singapore, to ensure top notch execution at local level.Role & ResponsibilitiesBrand Leadership & StrategyDevelop, Lead, strategize and execute the annual brand plan for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty in India across 360 marketing campaign including retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints.Uphold and transmit the brand DNA—ensuring all marketing, communication, and retail expressions reflect luxury standards and global guidelines.Adapt global/regionally provided toolkits into India‑relevant local plans with sensitivity to the local consumer and retail environment.Act as the custodian of brand equity, ensuring consistent visual merchandising, storytelling, and customer experience.Affiliate Marketing & Digital GrowthLead performance‑driven digital strategies including paid media, content, CRM (where relevant), and retailer‑owned channels. Build and oversee a premium affiliate marketing ecosystem to drive high‑value traffic, conversion, and brand visibility. Partner with retailer e‑commerce teams to uphold luxury standards in product pages, campaigns, storytelling, and experiential commerce.Guide retailer e‑commerce teams on brand consistency, product education, and storytelling.Lead marketing negotiations with the e-commerce partners aligned with the brand budgets.PR, Influencer & Communications ManagementEnsure all communications reflect a luxury, sophisticated brand voice consistent with Global standards.Develop and execute PR and influencer plans tailored for the Indian luxury beauty audience.Hire the best-in-class PR and media agencies aligned with the brand’s directives.Build strong relationships with media, creators, stylists, and KOLs; ensure the brand is represented with the right aspirational tone.Oversee press kits, product seeding, premium events, and storytelling moments that reinforce brand prestige.HQ & Regional CollaborationAct as the senior liaison between India, Regional, and Global Dolce & Gabbana Beauty teams.Provide strategic market insights, competitive intelligence, and structured reporting to influence global decision-making. Secure alignment, approvals, and cross-functional clarity to ensure seamless execution. Safeguard luxury positioning while translating global strategy into market‑relevant plans.Commercial SupportPartner closely with the commercial and retail leaders to ensure marketing plans support business priorities to ensure marketing strategies accelerate business growth and portfolio performance. Lead joint business planning with retail and boutique partners, ensuring cohesive go‑to‑market strategies, exclusive activations, and customer recruitment. Track performance of key categories, launches, promotions, and hero SKUs, recommending course corrections and opportunities.Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team with a strong luxury mindset and operational discipline. Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Build future capabilities in digital, influence, insights, and luxury experience management. Ensure robust planning, budget stewardship, process discipline, and reporting standards.REQUIREMENTS10-15+ years progressive experience in Marketing/Brand Leadership, ideally within luxury beauty, prestige brands, or luxury fashion groups. Proven success working with in house subsidiary brands and navigating complex matrix environments across region and local. Strong expertise in digital marketing, affiliate ecosystems, PR, influencer relations, and e-commerce. Experience partnering with luxury retail channels strongly preferred. Deep understanding of luxury codes—storytelling, exclusivity, aesthetics, and elevated customer experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; highly data-driven decision maker. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Entrepreneurial leadership style—comfortable with ambiguity, lean structures, and rapid change. High integrity, strong ownership, and the ability to lead with influence rather than authority. Open to travel; fluent in written and spoken English.
