Head of Digital Marketing

Overview: We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing who owns growth end-to-end. This role is not about running ads or chasing lead volume. It is about building a robust and scalable system.You will be responsible for turning marketing spends into real revenue across multiple cities in India. This means deep control over funnels, conversion, retention, and unit economics. You will work closely with clinic operations, sales, and leadership, build and lead a high-performing team, and scale what works. Prior experience in healthcare or aesthetics is required.This role is for operators who take full ownership, and are comfortable being measured on outcomes-not effort.Key Responsibilities: Own all performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platformsDesign city-wise and clinic-wise acquisition strategies with clear CAC targetsEnsure lead quality, not just lead volumeConversion OwnershipWork closely with sales counselors, CRM teams, and clinic operationsBuild remarketing and CRM flows across WhatsApp, email, and paid channelsTrack cohorts, behaviour, and retention metricsBuild, lead, and scale a high-performance teamManage agencies Set SOPs, dashboards, review rhythms, and accountability systemsPresent clear insights and decisions to leadershipRequirements:8-10 years (minimum) of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketingMandatory experience in healthcare / aesthetics / wellness Proven track record of managing large ad budgetsStrong understanding of funnels, CRM, attribution, and retentionExperience scaling marketing across multiple cities or regionsComfortable working closely with founders and senior leadership
