You’ll own end-to end marketing plans that increase brand visibility, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue growth across.Role: Industry Marketing ManagerLocation: Delhi/ Noida/ Gurugram Experience: 8 to 10 yearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do: Strategic Positioning & Messaging Create distinct messaging and positioning strategies for Telecom and Industrial vertical businesses covering areas like Communication, Networks, Entertainment, Gaming, Silicon, Industrial Manufacturing, and Automative and customised for enterprise buyers, developers, and innovation leaders.Present advanced capabilities as straightforward and persuasive value propositions tailored to specific industries such as HCLS, BFSI, Hi-tech, and Telecom.Go-to-Market Leadership Own the go-to-market strategy for Telecom and Industrial vertical business.Collaborate with engineering, solutioning and delivery teams to align roadmap with market needs and customer feedback.Customer & Market Insights Conduct deep market research on trends, adoption challenges, use cases, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.Build and refine buyer personas and use cases for Telecom and Industrial vertical business.Sales Enablement Create sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and objection-handling guides specific to the offerings.Train sales and pre-sales teams on the solution capabilities, positioning, and differentiation.Content & Campaign Development Lead the creation of compelling thought leadership content including whitepapers, webinars, blogs, podcasts and roundtables focused on the solution and offerings innovation.Partner with service line, industry and performance marketing teams to build targeted campaigns that drive pipelines.Customer Advocacy & Case Studies Identify and cultivate customer success stories showcasing real-world impact and power of our solutions.Develop video testimonials, case studies, and reference materials to support sales and marketing efforts.Performance & Optimization Define KPIs for Telecom and Industrial marketing initiatives and track performance across channels.Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, campaigns, and content strategy.Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the voice of the customer in product development discussions.Partner with engineering and data science teams to stay ahead of Telecom and Industrial advancements and translate them into market-ready narrativesExpertise You'll Bring:Proven track record of managing Telecom and Industrial vertical business with at least two or more of strong understanding of partnerships as well like, AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.10+ years of experience in B2B IT marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to partner marketing in the Cloud, Data & Analytics or GenAI domainStrong understanding of cloud ecosystem GTM models, co-selling motions, and MDF utilization.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or technical background in AI/ML preferred.Proven success in launching and scaling Telecom and Industrial vertical business in B2B environments.Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events across APJ, EMEA, and US markets.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global environment and adjusting to different time zones as needed.Ability to analyze and report on marketing KPIs and make data-driven decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop high-quality content.MBA in Marketing, Business, or related fieldBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageCulture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certificationsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awardsAnnual health check-upsInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
