Location: RemoteWorking Hours: IST | 3 PM – 11 PMCompensation: ₹70,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month + performance bonusesRole OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Performance Ads Manager who takes full ownership of ad accounts — not just execution.This is not a “set up campaigns and send reports” role.You will be responsible for performance, stability, and recovery across multiple client accounts.You should be comfortable operating in high-pressure environments, where accounts scale fast, get flagged, or require rapid restructuring.What You Will OwnEnd-to-end management of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads accountsBudget ownership ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+ per monthCampaign planning, launch, testing, scaling, and controlled shutdownsDiagnosing performance drops and fixing them without hand-holdingWorking closely with creative, tracking, and operations teamsHandling policy issues, disapprovals, and account restrictionsClear weekly performance reporting focused on decisions, not dashboardsRequired Experience (Non-Negotiable)You must have:3+ years of hands-on ad buying experience (Meta required, Google preferred)Personally managed at least $10,000/month in ad spendStrong understanding of:Conversion tracking (pixels, CAPI, GA4, GTM)Attribution trade-offs and data reliabilityExperience working with multiple clients simultaneouslyClear written English (you will be client-facing)If you have only worked on:boosted postssingle internal brandslearning projectsDo not apply.Strong Advantage (Read Carefully)You will be prioritized if you have experience with:Restricted or sensitive verticals (e.g. gambling, crypto, health, IPTV, finance)Account bans, BM restrictions, or repeated disapprovalsPre-emptive compliance structuring and risk isolationAd account warm-ups and scaling under constraintsYou do not need to be a “blackhat”, but you must understand how platforms actually behave in the real world.How We Measure YouCPA / ROAS stability over timeAbility to diagnose problems before they become disastersQuality of decisions under pressureClarity in communication with internal teams and managementApplication Question (Mandatory)Answer this clearly and honestly:“Describe the worst ad account failure or ban you have handled.What happened, and what exactly did you do in the first 72 hours?”Vague or generic answers will be rejected automatically.What This Role Is NOTNot a junior execution roleNot a learning positionNot a reporting-only jobNot suitable if you need step-by-step instructionsSummaryIf you are an ads manager who:owns outcomes,understands risk,and can think under pressure,this role will suit you.If you are looking to “learn ads” or follow SOPs, this role will not be a fit.
