This role requires strong language skills, an understanding of regulated categories, and seamless coordination with designers and client servicing teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end social media management across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube as applicable)Lead content ideation rooted in science, education, and credibilityWrite accurate, compliant, and engaging captions with excellent grammar and clarityManage posting schedules, content calendars, and approvalsHandle ORM (Online Reputation Management):Responding to comments, DMs, queries with sensitivity and accuracyEscalating medical or compliance-related queries appropriatelyEnsure brand tone, scientific accuracy, and regulatory alignmentWork closely with: Designers (for visuals, carousels, reels), Client servicing teams (for timelines, feedback, approvals)Track performance and suggest content optimizations based on insightsMaintain documentation for approvals, changes, and compliance needsSkills & RequirementsExcellent written and spoken English and Hindi (grammar, clarity, tone are non-negotiable)Ability to simplify scientific or medical information for public platformsStrong project management skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with compliance-led content environmentsComfortable working with multiple stakeholdersLocationDelhi, India
