This role requires strong hands-on execution across paid marketing platforms and lifecycle marketing tools, with a sharp focus on lead quality,conversions, and business impact.Key Responsibilities:Performance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn AdsDrive lead volume while maintaining optimal CPL, CVR and ROASWork closely with creative, tech/product and sales teams to improve funnel performanceConduct daily monitoring and proactive optimizationsCRM & Lifecycle MarketingOwn CRM platforms such as WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngageBuild and manage lead nurturing journeys via Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMSImprove CRM CPL, and lead-to-conversion rates, revenue attributionAlign closely with sales teams to improve closures and follow-upsAnalytics & ReportingTrack performance using GA4, CRM dashboards (LeadSquared preferred), and internal reporting systemsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reportsEnsure clear attribution between marketing and CRM metricsSkills & Experience6-8 years of experience in performance marketingHands-on expertise with CRM tools like WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngageStrong understanding of digital marketing funnels and attributionSound knowledge of pixels, Google Tag Manager and other MarTech toolsAnalytical mindset with strong execution skillsGood to HaveExperience in EdTech or consumer internet companiesExposure to WhatsApp-based automation and retention marketingFamiliarity with server-side tracking and conversion APIs
