Our mission is to make globally loved beauty brands accessible, authentic, and affordable for Indian consumers.Job SummaryThe Assistant Brand Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies for makeup products. This role involves coordinating with marketing, sales, product development, and external partners to strengthen brand presence, drive growth, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing brand strategies for makeup and skincare cosmetic products Support new product launches, including shade extensions, packaging, and promotional plans Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR activities, and social media content Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and sales performance Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and brand KPIs Assist in managing brand calendars, budgets, and timelines Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams to support in-store and online activations Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication and touchpoints Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for artwork, content, and campaign executionRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role (cosmetics/beauty preferred) Strong understanding of makeup products, beauty trends, and consumer behavior Excellent communication and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic marketing tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience working with beauty brands, makeup companies, and Skin Care Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce platforms Passion for makeup, skincare, and beauty innovationWhat We Offer Opportunity to work with globally recognized beauty brands High-ownership role with direct impact on brand and revenue growth Fast-growing, dynamic work environment Competitive salary Career growth opportunities within a scaling beauty brand houseHow To Apply You can share your CV at padmaja.pattanaik@
