The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. They will also work on expanding the company's market presence and achieving growth targets.QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow online sales performance on Bentchair website.Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, marketplace ads).Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel performance, and customer acquisition.Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility across platforms.Collaborate with design & content teams for campaign creatives, banners, and launches.Analyze data, track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate), and optimize campaigns.Plan seasonal campaigns, offers, and new product launches.Work closely with brand & social teams to align storytelling with sales objectives.
