We enable tech and e-commerce clients to achieve scalable growth.Position SummaryLocation: Delhi NCR (Office-based, 6 days/week)Experience: Minimum 2 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeDrive B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and social media growth through targeted LinkedIn campaigns and multi-platform execution for DigiExcel's tech enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute high-impact LinkedIn lead generation and brand awareness campaigns using Sales Navigator, personalized outreach, thought leadership content, and targeted advertising for B2B tech/IT decision-makers.Develop and manage brand awareness strategies across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) to enhance visibility, engagement, follower growth, and lead nurturing.Conduct market research, build ideal customer profiles, segment audiences, and create targeted prospect lists for software development, digital services, and brand positioning.Design compelling content calendars focused on brand storytelling, schedule posts, run A/B tests, and optimize performance for CTR, CPL, engagement rates, and conversions.Track leads and brand metrics in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot), collaborate with sales/development teams, and deliver comprehensive weekly/monthly KPI reports including awareness and attribution metrics.Monitor LinkedIn algorithms, social trends, and industry best practices to maximize brand reach and support DigiExcel's market leadership.Essential QualificationsMinimum 2 years proven experience in B2B digital marketing with demonstrated success in lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personal/executive branding, content strategy, and organic/paid growth tactics.Hands-on expertise managing multiple social platforms for brand building, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and performance tools.Strong analytical skills for ROI tracking, brand lift measurement, audience insights, and data-driven optimization.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Full-time office commitment required; tech/e-commerce brand experience highly preferred.
