Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across international markets (excluding India) for our EdTech platform. The role focuses on lead generation, performance marketing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platformsGenerate high-quality international leads for online courses, certifications, and degree programsResearch and target country-specific audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviorCreate and manage ad creatives, copies, and landing page strategiesOptimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROASMonitor daily performance and scale winning campaignsCoordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and videosImplement remarketing and lookalike audience strategiesTrack performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag ManagerEnsure leads are properly integrated into CRM (Zoho or similar)Prepare weekly and monthly performance reportsRequired Skills & Tools:Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)LinkedIn Ads (preferred)Strong understanding of lead generation funnelsExperience running international campaignsKnowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testingFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion trackingBasic understanding of landing pages & CROPreferred Qualifications:Experience in EdTech / Education / Online CoursesKnowledge of WhatsApp & email automationUnderstanding of SEO & content marketingAbility to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficientlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience:3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing(Experienced with strong hands-on ad experience and portfolio are welcome)Key Metrics (KPIs)Cost per Lead (CPL)Lead Quality & Conversion RateCampaign ROICountry-wise performance
