The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on, highly analytical, and up to date with the latest online campaign platforms and performance marketing trends, especially within the Study Abroad / EdTech ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel online demand generation campaigns across: META Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Programmatic & Display NetworksManage search intent–based campaigns (high-intent study abroad keywords)Execute remarketing and retargeting across platforms (web, app, CRM audiences)Drive end-to-end lead funnel ownership CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROICollaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad copies, creatives, videos, and landing pagesRun continuous A/B testing on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnelsOptimize landing pages, forms, and lead flows to improve conversion rates and lead qualityWork closely with counselling/sales teams to improve lead-to-enrolment performanceMonitor competitor activity, market trends, and seasonal demand for study abroad intakesTrack and report performance using GA4, Ads Managers, CRM, attribution toolsTools & Platforms ExposureMETA Ads ManagerGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)LinkedIn Campaign ManagerGoogle Analytics (GA4)Google Tag ManagerCRM & Lead Management ToolsMarketing automation / remarketing platformsRequirements2–5 years of experience in Demand Generation Proven hands-on expertise across multiple online acquisition platformsStrong understanding of student acquisition funnels and lead quality optimizationExperience in study abroad consultancy or edtech is highly preferredData-driven mind-set with strong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to manage budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver measurable resultsGood to HaveExperience with YouTube video campaigns and influencer-led demandKnowledge of WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation for lead nurturingFamiliarity with regional language campaignsUnderstanding of peak intake cycles (Jan / Sep / Rolling intakes)
