Advertisement for the Position of Senior Admission CounsellorIIHMR Delhi invites applications from motivated, dynamic, and student-centric professionals for the role of Admission Counsellor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding aspiring students, supporting the admissions process, and contributing to institutional enrolment goals with the highest professional standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct outreach activities to promote academic programs through school visits, college visits, fairs, seminars, and education expos. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, counsellors, and other stakeholders. Represent the institute at career counselling sessions, workshops, and promotional events. Provide academic counselling to prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees structure, scholarship, and career prospects. Handle student walk-in counselling, telephonic counselling, and online enquiries. Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and follow-ups. Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets. Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and conversions. Assist in planning and executing on-ground and digital marketing activities. Travel locally/outstation as required for outreach and admission drives.Eligibility & Skills:Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field.3-8 years of experience in education marketing, outreach, or admissions counselling (preferred).Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.Willingness to travel and work during peak admission seasons.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an added advantage.Key Competencies:Student counsellingOutreach & partnershipsLead conversionRelationship managementField marketingHow to ApplyInterested candidates may apply within 10 days by emailing their resume.
