One of our early-stage D2C portfolio companies is building in the wellness space, and they are now looking to hire a Performance Marketing Lead to report directly to the Founders and drive all website D2C growth.ResponsibilitiesPerformance marketing and acquisition - lead, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across all channels including post-mortem analytics and optimizationShopify and website optimization - Oversee Shopify analytics, purchase funnels, CRO, product page performance, and landing page iterationsContent strategy collaboration - Provide the content and creative team with clear, data-backed briefs to drive better content creationRetention & CRM - Develop and lead retention strategies including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty flows to improve LTVQualifications5+ years running full-funnel Meta and Google Ads for a D2C consumer brandExceptional analytical ability—numerical, detail-oriented, and hypothesis-driven.Growth mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with D2C products is an advantageA passion for the 0 to 1 journeyPlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
