Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and healthcare clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery. Analyse campaign and channel performance using dashboards, reports, and data tools to drive actionable improvements. Coordinatechange requests, GMB updates, listing optimizations, and content delivery with precision. Use AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve project efficiency. Ensure projects stay on track with timelines, documentation, and high-quality output across all deliverables.What We’re Looking For: 1–4 years of experiencein digital marketing operations, consulting, or project management Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards, spreadsheets, and data-driven decision making. Understanding of digital channels likewebsites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social content workflows , etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex updates for clients. A proactive, structured, and ownership-first approach to problem solving. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
