Job Description:
Oversee performance marketing execution carried out by the external agency. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as ROAS, conversions, CAC, CPR, cost per landing page view, revenue contribution, etc.Ensure budget allocation is appropriate per brand, per campaign, and per channel (Meta, Google, influencer boosts, etc.).Review and evaluate creatives (ads, videos, copies) to check whether they align with brand identity and are performance-optimized.Monitor performance fluctuations — identify why a brand’s numbers are up or down and highlight actionable reasons (creative fatigue, audience saturation, offer strength, seasonality, competition, etc.).Guide the agency on optimization directions backed by insights and data.Collaborate with internalteams (design, content, merchandising, ecommerce) to push timely creatives, product highlights, and campaign requirements.Maintain detailed dashboards and MIS reports for each brand.Prepare management-level reports with insights, brand comparisons, and recommendations.Stay updated on fashion performance marketing trends, formats, audience behaviors, festive/seasonal peaks, and competitor benchmarks.---Required Experience & Skills2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing for fashion / ecommerce (brand or agency side).Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify analytics, etc.Deep understanding of ecommerce funnels and D2C performance metrics.Strong analytical ability to interpret numbers and derive actionable insights.Ability to coordinate with performance agencies and hold them accountable.Strong communication skills
