Job Description:
About FuturixAIWe are building the next generation of AI products, includingVaanika ,ZeroHands , andZeroDrive —an AI-native cloud drive where users upload once and ask their files questions instead of searching for them. Beyond applications, we are building our own proprietary models and infrastructure. The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Growth & Product Marketing Generalist to bridge the gap between our tech and our users. We don’t need a corporate manager; we need a builder who can take our models and infra and turn them into a clear brand with real, measurable usage. You will work directly with the founders and developers to instrument funnels, run experiments, and craft the narrative that drives adoption. What You’ll DoFull-Funnel Ownership:Design and instrument the funnel end-to-end. You will track where traffic originates, define activation metrics, identify drop-off points, and implement fixes. Data-Driven Optimization:Use tools like GA4 to find bottlenecks. You won’t just report numbers; you will work with the team to modify landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing, and emails to fix them. Narrative & Messaging:Translate complex "founder brain-dumps" into sharp, accessible assets—including homepage heroes, clear value propositions, and succinct 5–6 slide pitch decks. Experimentation:Move beyond generic "social media strategies." You will frame specific, small-scale tests (defining the who, what, and budget) and determine quickly whether to kill or scale them based on data. What We’re Looking ForProven Impact:You have helped grow at least one product or brand and can speak in numbers (e.g., "Here is what was happening before I joined, and here is what changed"). Execution First:You value execution over titles. We care about what you have built and what metrics you have moved. Analytical Mindset:You are comfortable digging into analytics to inform product and marketing decisions. User-Centric:You understand that the job isn't done at signup. You care about the user journey and getting people to the "aha" moment.Bonus PointsExperience creating or refreshing a brand from scratch (naming, visual direction, online presence). Experience setting up and running Meta Ads or Google Ads with small budgets, focusing on CAC and lead quality. How to ApplyTo apply, emailrudransh.agnihotri@Subject Line:Marketing In the email body, please write in your own words: A summary of what you’ve done before (especially if you created or grew a brand/product). One or two funnels, campaigns, or launches you are proud of, and the specific impact they had.
