For this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative thinking with strategic execution and enjoys mentoring others. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing content plans, analyzing campaign performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies aligned with clients’ goals Create engaging content plans, posts, and campaign ideas tailored to specific audiences and platforms Oversee content calendars, coordinate with designers and copywriters, and ensure on-brand messaging Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others Monitor and analyze key metrics, delivering actionable insights and performance reports Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to continuously refine strategies Lead client meetings, present campaign results, and provide expert recommendations Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and training on best practices and tools Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, paid media) to ensure seamless execution Maintain brand voice and consistency across all campaigns and channelsWhat we're looking for:4+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting Hands-on experience with social media advertising and analytics tools for a tech brand Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving abilities Passion for trends, consumer behavior, and digital storytellingReady to take your social media career to the next level?
