Learn more at and follow us on Instagram at @sneakinn_laundry.Salary:- upto 40k⸻Responsibilities • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve growth, engagement, and brand-building objectives for both service and D2C verticals. •Service & D2C Marketing: o Oversee marketing campaigns for the service business, encompassing fashion accessories, clothing (shoes, bags), and Sneakinn Home (cleaning and restoration of high-end upholstery/furniture). o Plan and implement social media campaigns to promote direct-to-consumer (D2C) offerings. •Content Creation & Direction: Manage the in-house photography and editing team to produce engaging content, including photos, videos, BTS clips, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). •Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the social media team, setting clear goals, ensuring deadlines are met, and cultivating an environment of continuous creativity and growth. • Campaign Ideation & Execution: o Conceptualize innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement. o Oversee the end-to-end rollout of campaigns across all social channels. o Influencer Campaign management. •Calendar Management: Maintain a dynamic social media calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and relevant content across all platforms. •Audience Engagement & Community Building: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries, fostering loyalty and trust among followers. •Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign success, identify trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. •On-Camera Presence: Represent the brand in videos or live sessions to connect with the audience and build a relatable brand personality. •Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest trends in fashion, luxury, sneakers, and the hype market to craft timely, relevant social media content. •Marketplace Campaigns: Coordinate marketing initiatives, creative direction, and content creation for ecommerce platforms (Zepto, Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart), ensuring brand consistency and quality. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.______________Requirements •Experience : 4–6 years of experience in social media management, particularly in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors. •Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Technical & Creative Skills: o In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) and their algorithms. o Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and campaign management tools. o Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing workflows. o Ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable insights. •Soft Skills & Attributes: o Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. o Confidence in front of the camera for live sessions or recorded content. o Creative flair for storytelling and campaign ideation. o Genuine passion for sneakers, luxury fashion, and the hype market. o A proactive mindset, capable of problem-solving and agile collaboration. • Personal Suitability: o Willingness to stay updated on industry innovations. o Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand standards.
