Our clients includeSachin Saga, Healthify, Aditya Birla, Sony, Yatra, 3M, HCL,and several international apps.Roles & Responsibilities: Build and execute comprehensive growth strategies for each app client—including ASO, Paid Acquisition, Monetization, and Retention Work closely with founders, product leads, and CMOs to understand goals and translate them into actionable plans Lead product-level growth consulting: onboarding optimization, paywall improvements, in-app conversion improvements, and funnel analysis Analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and optimize user journeys Collaborate with internal UA, ASO, and Creative teams to execute growth plans and experiments Work with ASO managers on keyword strategy, creative assets, and overall ASO roadmap to boost organic visibility Partner with performance marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, etc. Use tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak, Data Studio to derive insights and identify growth opportunities Conduct weekly syncs and monthly reviews with clients to present results, insights, and future strategySkills & Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, digital strategy, or growth consulting Basic understanding of app ecosystems, paid ads, analytics, and app store dynamics Hands-on experience with ASO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads is preferred Strong analytical thinking with a data-first mindset Ability to understand and evaluate creative designs for performance impact Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactionsEvery great career has a turning point & this might be yours.
