We’re looking for aSocial Media Manager who lives and breathes restaurant marketing— someone who can bring stories, ambience, food, and moments to life through powerful ideas and content thatgoes viral. You’ll lead the digital identity of London Street CaféandRubarru Group , two experiential hospitality brands known for premium dining, aesthetics, and live events. This isn’t a routine posting job — it’s for someone who can conceptualizecreative, trend-driven campaignsand turn everyday café life intoInstagram gold. What You’ll DoIdeate & create viral campaigns : Think beyond posts — create content ideas, reel scripts, and concepts that connect emotionally and visually. Lead the creative team : Work with designers, videographers, and influencers to bring ideas to life with high-quality visuals and storytelling. Plan monthly content strategyacross Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts — focusing on café experiences, food stories, and live events. Build influencer relationships : Identify, collaborate, and execute with food bloggers and lifestyle creators to expand brand reach. Direct and supervise photoshoots & reel shoots , ensuring every frame reflects the brand’s personality. Tracktrends, analytics, and audience insightsto guide future campaigns and improve performance. Occasionally coordinatepaid promotions(Meta & Google) to boost top-performing content. Who You AreMinimum3 years of experienceinsocial media marketing or content creation— preferably withcafés, restaurants, or hospitality brands. A creative thinkerwho can spot trends early, adapt them to brand storytelling, and produce scroll-stopping content. Excellent atvisual storytelling, campaign ideation, and influencer collaboration. Up-to-date with Instagram Reels trends, hooks, captions, and formats that go viral. Great coordination skills — able to lead a creative team and get things done.
