You’ll work closely with the strategy, social media, and creative teams to developinfluencer-led, PR-driven, and digital-first brand strategiesfor jewellery and luxury clients. Strategic Planning & Brand Thinking Support in developingbrand communication strategiesand campaign directions aligned with client objectives, which helps the SMM team. Conductcompetitor research, trend mapping, and audience insightsto inform strategic decisions. Convert brand goals intocontent pillars and measurable outcomes.2. Influencer & PR Campaign Strategy Identify relevant influencers and content creators for collaborations and campaigns. Assist inconceptualizing influencer briefs, outreach messaging, and campaign KPIs. Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and sentiment analysis. Collaborate with PR partners to align brand stories and coverage goals with marketing campaigns.3. Client Servicing & Communication Participate in client meetings, understand briefs, and translate them into actionable plans. Present strategic recommendations and creative ideas confidently and clearly. Ensure timely communication and updates between internal teams.4. Cross-Team Collaboration Work with design, SMM team, and performance teams to ensure strategy aligns with execution. Support the senior in preparing campaign decks, brand pitches, and reports. Contribute tobrainstorming sessionsand help refine brand tone and communication direction.5. Reporting & Analysis Track campaign performance across organic, paid, and influencer initiatives. Createmonthly insight deckshighlighting learnings, wins, and improvement areas. Maintain a repository of campaign references and trend observations.Desired Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in adigital/creative agency setup. Strong understanding ofsocial media, influencer marketing, and brand communication. Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Canva / PowerPoint, Meta Business Suite, and influencer tracking platforms (e.g., Winkl, Qoruz, or Hypetap). Prior experience withluxury, lifestyle, or jewelry brandsis a plus.Key Traits: Strategic thinker with aesthetic sensitivity. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
