Job Title: Digital Marketing SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Location: Mahipalpur, Delhi Experience: 4–5 Years (E-commerce Industry) Position Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing SPOC with a strong background in e-commerce marketing . As the SPOC, you will own end-to-end responsibility for strategizing, executing, and managing all digital marketing initiatives. You will act as the central coordinator across teams/agencies to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable growth for our online business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing). Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for e-commerce platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, agencies, and external partners. Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and marketplaces. Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Ensure brand consistency and creative alignment across all digital channels. Collaborate with product, design, and content teams for campaign execution. Stay updated with digital trends, e-commerce tools, and emerging marketing technologies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing for e-commerce brands . Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, and analytics tools. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools . Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy. Startup/e-commerce background preferred.
