Role Overview: We are seeking Digital Marketing Manager with at least 7 years of experience , in D2C Industry only. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and ROI across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the digital marketing strategy across paid media, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and organic growth Oversee acquisition and retention strategies with a clear focus on ROI Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platforms Drive D2C revenue and customer lifetime value through performance-focused initiatives Lead and mentor a team (internal/external) across paid, organic, and content functions Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging Leverage analytics to continuously optimize customer funnel and campaign performance Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across channels Stay ahead of trends in skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics digital space Key Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership roles Preferable experience in skincare, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics Strong background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and CRM Hands-on experience managing paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) Deep understanding of D2C funnels, customer segmentation, and retention strategies Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities Excellent analytical skills and ROI-driven decision-making Ability to work independently in a fractional leadership role Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
