Lead Generation Manager (Onsite) Location: Noida – Onsite Only Experience: 3–6 years in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT/Staff Augmentation/SaaS with AI automation experience Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Head of Sales / CEO About Applore Technologies Applore Technologies is a fast-scaling technology company with three business verticals — Applore Labs (custom software) , SquadXP (staff augmentation) , and Caller.Digital (AI voice SaaS) . We work with global enterprises across India, the US, and the Middle East. We are hiring a Lead Generation Manager to own and scale our outbound lead engine using AI automation, data-driven outreach, and multi-channel strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Strategy Own and run end-to-end lead generation campaigns across verticals. Build targeted ICP lists for BFSI, SaaS, telecom, D2C, and enterprise staffing. Manage multi-channel outbound campaigns : LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, voice, events. AI Automation & Tools Design and manage AI-driven prospecting workflows using Clay, Exa, Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot workflows . Automate list building, enrichment, sequencing, and follow-ups . Implement Slack/CRM alerts for reply detection and meeting bookings. Continuously experiment with AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., GPT-based personalization, automated email copywriting, AI SDR). Execution & Team Management Supervise SDRs and Lead Gen Executives to ensure daily/weekly pipeline goals. Handover qualified MQLs → SQLs seamlessly to Sales Heads/AMs. Maintain CRM hygiene and dashboard reporting in HubSpot. Analytics & Optimization Track KPIs: open rates, reply rates, booked meetings, conversion ratios. Run A/B tests on campaigns, subject lines, messaging. Report funnel health weekly to leadership with actionable insights. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation (IT, SaaS, staff augmentation preferred). Hands-on experience with AI automation tools : Clay, Exa, Smartlead, HeyReach, Zapier/n8n, HubSpot workflows. Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo expertise. Prior experience in managing a small SDR/lead gen team . Strong communication, copywriting, and personalization skills. Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable with aggressive growth targets .
