The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and communication strategy. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to align marketing efforts. Oversee content creation, PR activities, influencer partnerships, and events. Track, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns and marketing ROI. Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 6-8 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles. Strong understanding of ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, and PR. Experience in consumer-facing industries (Consumer Electronics preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
