Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

​We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Team Lead to drive the organic growth for our website. The ideal candidate will be an expert in technical SEO, website architecture, and algorithm updates, with the ability to lead a team and deliver measurable results within the first three months of engagement. What You’ll Do Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, rankings, and traffic. Conduct site audits, resolve technical issues (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.), and optimize website architecture. Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategies to maintain and grow rankings. Work closely with the content team to optimize on-page elements, keyword targeting, and internal linking. Mentor, guide, and manage SEO executives to ensure effective execution of SEO plans. Define KPIs, track progress, and present performance reports to management with actionable insights. Monitor competitors and implement strategies to outperform them in SERPs. Increase the organic growth 20% in the first 3 months. Key Deliverables (within first 3 months) 20% growth in organic traffic. Improvement in target keyword rankings. Improved technical health score of the website. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of proven SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead role. Strong understanding of website architecture and technical SEO fundamentals. Hands-on experience with latest Google algorithm updates and ability to adapt strategies accordingly. Expertise in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc. Ability to create data-driven SEO strategies and achieve measurable results. Experience in highly competitive niches (preferably EdTech). Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
