Job Title : Senior Marketing Content Project and Operation Manager Reports To : EMEA Content Manager Location:Noida, India Employment Type:Full-Time (Third-Party at Adobe System India) Experience Required:10+Years Office Hours : 10:am to 6:30pm 5 days workingAbout the Role :The Senior Content Operations Manageris a strategic role that will focus on developing, optimizing, and streamlining processes to ensure seamless collaboration between theEMEA Content Team,Global Content Team ,EMEA Internal Customers , andIndia Content Labs . You will work directly with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, improve planning efficiency, and establish a strong operational cadence across the regions.Key Responsibilities : Process Creation & Optimization for the EMEA Content team : Design, implement, and continuously optimize processesthat support smooth running of the EMEA Content Team. Develop standardized workflows and processesthat ensure consistency and quality while addressing the specific needs of each region. Collaborate with key stakeholders across regions to identify pain points in the content delivery process and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.Works with the Adobe tech team to unlock and roll out content related technology and dashboards including Adobe Workfront for content workflow management and asset management systems.EMEA Content & Stakeholder Alignment : Work closely with theGlobal Content Teamto ensure that regional content planning workflows are aligned with global content strategies, timelines, and priorities. Establish and manage operational frameworks to ensure thatEMEA Internal Customers(IMP, Regional Marketing, executive Marketing) receive timely and high-quality content support, and visibility. Ensure that content-related issues are quickly identified, addressed, and resolved, escalating to leadership when necessary.Operational Cadence & Planning : Develop and manage a robust operational cadence for content delivery across EMEA and India, including regular meetings, reporting cadences, and progress reviews. Build and optimize the contentplanning cadenceto ensure all regional teams are synchronized with global content release schedules and product updates. Collaborate with Departments leads to ensure seamless communication, transparency, and alignment of objectives across teams and regions. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement : Establish best practices, documentStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , and ensure consistent execution across the EMEA content team. Lead initiatives to improve content project timelines, resource management, and communication across regions, driving operational efficiency.Key Requirements : Experience : 10+ years of experience incontent operations , project management, or related fields, with a strong focus on cross-regional collaboration and process optimization. Experience with Adobe Workfront(or similar project management tools) for task tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization. Proven experience in developing, managing, and optimizing operational processes for global teams. Skills : Strong project management skills , including the ability to coordinate multiple, complex initiatives across multiple regions. Knowledge of Adobe Workfront : Proficient in using Adobe Workfront to manage content projects, streamline workflows, track project timelines, and create detailed reports. Advanced skills inExcel , including pivot tables, macros, data visualization, and dashboard creation to analyze and report on content operations. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills , with the ability to drive operational improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and regional stakeholders.Education : Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration ,Operations ,Marketing , or a related field (preferred but not required).Preferred Qualifications : Experience in optimizing content operations and workflows for global SaaS or technology companies. Familiarity withAgile methodologiesor other project management frameworks.
