Job Overview: We’re an early-stage, high-growth consumer brand backed by strong fundamentals. We’re building something ambitious and category-shaping. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who knows how to hustle, lead, and scale. Someone who can run ad campaigns themselves, manage a team, and take full ownership from Day 1. This role is for someone who thrives in startups - where speed, decision-making, and hands-on execution matter more than fancy titles. Responsibilities: Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, etc. (not via agency - we want operators). Build and manage the full marketing function - performance, social, influencers, content, PR, etc. Lead a small in-house team + coordinate with freelancers or agencies where needed. Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. Work directly with the founders on campaigns, product launches, and experiments. Take decisions like a business owner, not just a department head. Handle the customer journey across all touch points. You’ll Fit Right In If You Have: 5-6 years of experience (minimum) in performance + brand marketing Worked in startups, ideally in D2C.
