What You’ll Do: Manage & grow key jewellery brand accounts Lead campaigns from ideation to execution to reporting Be the client’s brand custodian—understand their voice, vision, and goals Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, influencer, performance) Build decks, timelines, budgets, and reports Stay ahead of jewellery trends and consumer behaviour Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities Who You Are: 3+ years in client servicing/account management Jewellery brand experience is a plus Great communicator with strong presentation skills Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Passionate about content, pop culture, and digital marketing
