The Director, Nikhil Bhatia, has a rich exposure in beauty, cosmetics, and marketing that resulted in the launch of his group beauty and skincare brand under "Kanvar Probio Pvt Ltd."Job Description of Performance Marketing:You'll be the quarterback of performance marketing campaigns, driving results across all channels for our diverse clientele. We need a whiz with advertising management skills, someone who can make those clicks sing! Bonus points if you're a learning machine who thrives in a collaborative environment (we're all about sharing knowledge here).Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies for our mobile app and website. Campaign Management:Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as SEM, social media, display advertising networks, affiliate marketing programs, and programmatic advertising solutions. Budget Optimization : Developing and managing budgets to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining cost-per-acquisition (CAC) at an optimal level. Vendor & Third-Party Management:Effectively collaborating with multiple vendors and third-party tracking partners to ensure efficient campaign delivery and successful achievement of user acquisition goals. Performance Analysis & Reporting:Continuously monitoring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against established goals such as ROI and KPIs. Data-Driven Optimization:Leveraging strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from campaign data. Utilizing these insights to optimize campaign spend and performance for maximum effectiveness. Customer Journey Analysis:Employing analytical abilities to assess and optimize the end-to-end customer experience across all acquisition channels and customer touchpoints. Fraud Prevention & Mitigation:Implementing and monitoring campaign acquisition fraud prevention measures to minimize fraudulent activity. A/B Testing:Designing and executing A/B testing campaigns to optimize campaign performance and creative elements. Emerging Channel Identification:Proactively researching and proposing the adoption of new and promising digital channels with the potential to efficiently increase new user acquisition.Skills Needed: Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field, such as Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience:A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing is required. Extensive experience (preferred) in managing in-house digital performance marketing campaigns for technology companies, particularly in the e-commerce, online travel, or mobile gaming industries.Technical Skills:Proficiency in utilizing major digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads. Experience managing ad networks to optimize user acquisition campaigns. Working knowledge of organic acquisition strategies such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Experience with integrating platforms (mobile app and website) with third-party tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google, Facebook, Adobe) for campaign setup and performance measurement. Marketing & Creative Skills:Demonstrated creativity in identifying target audiences and developing engaging digital marketing campaigns. Understanding of mobile attribution tool. Fraud Prevention & Monitoring:Knowledge of common mobile app install fraud methods and experience with relevant monitoring tools. Analytical Skills & Reporting: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making. Ability to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Experience generating insightful reports using data visualization tools like Google Data Studio (a plus). Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience with programmatic ad buying strategies.
