If you live and breathe ROAS, love running experiments, and know how to turn clicks into conversions - we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Own and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks. Plan and execute user acquisition strategies to drive app installs, traffic, and meaningful conversions. Track and optimize campaigns daily by closely monitoring performance metrics. Design and run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging to find winning combinations. Use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc. to measure, report, and improve campaign ROI. Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform changes in the performance marketing space.Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on app marketing. Proven ability to manage large digital ad budgets and consistently deliver strong ROAS. Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, UAC campaigns, DSPs, and retargeting. Analytical mindset with deep understanding of KPIs like CPA, CTR, CPI, LTV, and ROAS. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or other mobile measurement platforms.
