The ideal candidate should be proficient with tools likeGoogle Analytics,Search Console,SEMrush, andAhrefs, and capable of driving impactful results through effective SEO strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesConductin-depth keyword research,competitive analysis, andwebsite auditsto inform data-driven SEO tactics. Develop and implementcomprehensive SEO strategiesto improve online visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions. Collaborate with internal teams such asContent,UX/UI, andDevelopmentto ensure seamless website optimization. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using SEO tools, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations. Stay updated onindustry trends,algorithm updates, andSEO best practicesto maintain a competitive edge. Ensure all SEO efforts adhere toethical, white-hat SEO practices. Communicate clearly and effectively withclientsandinternal stakeholdersto align SEO strategies with business objectives and meet project deadlines.Desired QualificationsTechnical SkillsProficiency with tools such asSEMrush,Ahrefs,Google Analytics, andSearch Consoleis essential. Strong expertise inon-page and off-page SEO,technical SEO audits, andkeyword research. Familiarity withproject management toolslike Basecamp, Asana, or Trello for remote team collaboration. Experience creating and managing reports to presentdata-driven insightsand performance metrics.Soft SkillsExcellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strongproject managementandorganizational abilitiesto handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Analytical mindset with a focus onproblem-solvingand improving campaign performance.Experience4–7 years of SEO experience, preferably in amarketing agencyenvironment.
