Our flagship Chai Spiced Gin blends Scottish craftsmanship with South Asian heritage — offering a luxury spirits experience that resonates with global palates.POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of Rutland Square Spirits across the Indian market. The role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a refined creative eye, and experience in scaling premium or lifestyle brands.The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and executing strategic brand campaigns across digital, on-trade, and retail platforms — ensuring consistency in visual identity, storytelling, and market positioning. You will work closely with leadership, creative agencies, and the commercial team to elevate the brand experience and drive consumer engagement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan for India. • Lead creative direction for packaging, campaigns, and branded content. • Oversee digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid media. • Define and maintain brand tone, narrative, and visual identity across all assets. • Liaise with global marketing counterparts to ensure brand consistency. • Manage and brief external agencies, designers, and production teams. • Lead product launches, activations, and trade events in line with brand vision. • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, reporting on key brand KPIs. • Prepare monthly and quarterly brand reviews for senior leadership. • Collaborate with sales to build tools that support on-trade and retail success (POS, decks, brochures, etc.). • Mentor and guide junior creatives or interns as the team expands.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field. • 4–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in luxury, FMCG, or spirits. • Demonstrated success in building premium brand identities and campaigns. • Experience managing packaging, digital marketing, and branded content. • Strong proficiency with: • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Meta Ads Manager / Google Analytics • Canva, Mailchimp, and basic video editing tools • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects in parallel.SOFT SKILLS: • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities. • Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to visual detail. • Strategic thinker with strong executional capability. • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Strong cultural awareness and a pulse on market trends.BENEFITS: • Competitive salary with annual performance bonus • 24 annual leave days • Medical insurance (with optional upgrades) • Life insurance coverage • Staff discounts across hospitality, wellness, and dining • Participation in key events, tastings, and brand showcases • Career growth within a globally expanding spirits companyTO APPLY: Please email your CV, a short cover letter, and design portfolio (if applicable) explaining why you’re the right fit for Rutland Square Spirits to Shyam Boruah: shyam@ Website:
