Mode:Fully In-Office (This isnota remote or hybrid role) Location:Janakpuri, New Delhi Website : InfrasityWe help early-stage devtools and SaaS startups scale their go-to-market efforts with technical content, developer education, and SEO-driven campaigns. Our customers include engineering-led teams like Firefly, ZenML, Env0, and DevZero — companies where storytelling meets deep technical insight. We're now looking for someone to take our growth engine to the next level.Demand Generation (60%)Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) to drive qualified leads Create and execute lead-gen campaigns like gated content, webinars, or toolkits Build landing pages and lead capture funnels using no-code tools Implement email nurture sequences and retargeting flows Own attribution and analytics (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, ad dashboards)Growth Marketing (40%) Design and run experiments across acquisition, conversion, and retention Work with the content team to turn blogs into lead magnets Collaborate with the outbound sales team to align on ICP and messaging Identify new distribution channels (communities, partnerships, newsletters) Report weekly on funnel metrics: CAC, CPL, MQLs, conversions, growth loopsWhat We're Looking For2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or agency-side marketing Strong hands-on experience withpaid acquisitionandmarketing automation Good understanding ofICP development , funnels, and campaign strategy Data-first mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns Comfortable in fast-moving, zero-to-one startup environments Bonus: Familiarity with developer tools, AI infrastructure, or DevRel contentApply only if…You love rolling up your sleeves to run campaigns, obsess over conversion data, and want to directly impact a company’s growth trajectory.
