Our work combines traditional jewellery-making techniques with modern production processes to create distinctive high jewellery pieces for premium markets.We are looking for an experienced High Jewellery Production Manager to oversee and streamline our end-to-end jewellery production operations.Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of high jewellery manufacturing, gemstone handling, stone setting, finishing standards, and workshop coordination. This role requires close collaboration between design, CAD, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely execution without compromising craftsmanship.The candidate should possess a deep understanding of fine jewellery construction, luxury finishing standards, and production planning for both custom and small-batch high jewellery pieces.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complete jewellery production workflow from CAD approval to final finishingCoordinate with CAD designers, master craftsmen, setters, polishers, and QC teamsEnsure high standards of craftsmanship, precision, and finishing across all piecesManage production timelines and workshop scheduling efficientlySupervise gemstone handling, matching, and setting qualityIdentify and resolve technical manufacturing challenges during productionMonitor quality control standards before final deliveryMaintain production documentation, tracking, and inventory coordinationWork closely with management on new collection development and process improvementsEnsure optimal utilisation of workshop resources while maintaining luxury quality standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of experience in fine/high jewellery productionStrong understanding of diamond and coloured gemstone jewellery manufacturingExperience handling high jewellery pieces with complex settings and constructionKnowledge of CAD-to-production workflowExcellent understanding of polishing, assembly, stone setting, and finishing techniquesAbility to manage artisans and workshop teams effectivelyStrong problem-solving and production planning skillsHigh attention to detail and quality standardsExperience working with emeralds, rubies, sapphires, tanzanites, and other precious gemstones is preferredPreferred QualitiesPassion for craftsmanship and luxury jewelleryOrganised and process-oriented mindsetStrong communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environmentAppreciation for design, proportion, and fine executionLocationNew Delhi
