Ltd. is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Ayurvedic Doctor to join our manufacturing and production team. The candidate will play a key role in overseeing the production of high-quality Ayurvedic medicines, wellness formulations, and herbal products while ensuring authenticity, safety, GMP compliance, and adherence to classical Ayurvedic principles.The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturing, formulation processes, raw material evaluation, quality standards, and production supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & ManufacturingSupervise daily manufacturing and production activities of Ayurvedic medicines and productsEnsure all formulations are prepared according to classical Ayurvedic texts and approved standardsMonitor batch manufacturing processes, production timelines, and operational efficiencyEnsure proper usage, storage, and handling of herbs and raw materialsMaintain hygiene, safety, and GMP standards across the production facilityQuality & ComplianceEnsure product quality, consistency, and authenticity at every stage of productionCoordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teamsReview batch manufacturing records and production documentationEnsure compliance with AYUSH, GMP, and other applicable regulatory standardsAssist during audits, inspections, and regulatory approvalsFormulation & Product DevelopmentSupport development of new Ayurvedic formulations and wellness productsImprove existing formulations and manufacturing processes where requiredWork closely with R&D teams for product innovation and standardizationEvaluate herbs, extracts, oils, and ingredients for efficacy and suitabilityTeam CoordinationTrain and guide production staff on Ayurvedic manufacturing protocolsCoordinate with procurement, operations, and warehouse departmentsEnsure discipline, process adherence, and efficient workflow managementRequired QualificationsBAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institutionExperience in Ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturing.Strong understanding of Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, and classical preparationsKnowledge of GMP, AYUSH regulations, and quality standardsExperience in production supervision and documentationPreferred SkillsStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesAttention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAbility to manage teams and production schedules efficientlyGood communication and coordination skillsPassion for authentic Ayurveda and high-quality wellness productsExperience Required5+ years of experience in Ayurvedic manufacturing or productionCompensationOffered salary bracket is between 1-1.5 lakh per month depending on the candidate.
