Manufacturing IQ, our flagship product for the sector, is gaining traction with mid-to-large manufacturers across India - and we're looking for a senior industry leader to help us go deeper and move faster.If you've spent 15+ years leading manufacturing functions at the CXO, President, or Director level in mid-to-large enterprises - and you understand the decisions, frustrations, and blind spots that come with that seat - we want to talk.What You'll DoDraw on your executive experience to identify the highest-impact pain points that plant heads, COOs, and VPs of Operations face but rarely articulate to vendors. Challenge and sharpen our product roadmap for Manufacturing IQ based on what actually matters at the leadership level. Open doors and facilitate introductions with CXOs, plant directors, and operations leaders in your network. Represent Perimattic credibly in senior-level conversations - strategy discussions, boardroom demos, and industry forums. Help us understand how large manufacturers make technology decisions, budget approvals, and vendor selections. Bridge the gap between C-suite priorities and what our product and engineering teams build.What We're Looking For15+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a significant portion in CXO, President, VP, or Director-level roles. Background in mid-to-large manufacturing organizations - companies with 100+ employees or multi-plant operations. Deep understanding of operational and strategic challenges at scale - capacity planning, supply chain complexity, compliance, workforce productivity, and technology adoption. Exposure to industries such as pharma, auto components, FMCG, metals, chemicals, or heavy engineering.
