The selected candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ManufApp solutions.Key Responsibilities:Understand shopfloor processes and customer requirementsImplement and configure ManufApp software at client locationsInteract with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and usageCollaborate with development and support teams to resolve technical issuesProvide basic training and support to end usersQualificationsRequired Skills:2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentGood knowledge of manufacturing concepts and shopfloor operationsHands-on shopfloor experience is a mustUnderstanding of key concepts like OEE, TPM, and TQMKnowledge of inventory management concepts such as BOM and reorder levelsStrong problem-solving and communication skills
