Job Title: Senior Legal ManagerLocation:Delhi NCRIndustry:Real Estate / InfrastructureExperience Required:15–20 YearsQualification:LLB / LLM from reputed instituteJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Legal Professional for a reputed Real Estate company based in Delhi NCR. The candidate should possess extensive experience in handling legal matters related to real estate projects, land acquisition, due diligence, litigation, regulatory compliance, documentation, and corporate legal affairs.The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of property laws, RERA regulations, contract management, and liaison with government authorities. Candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end legal activities for large-scale real estate projects.Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate with exceptional experience and industry exposure.Key Responsibilities:• Handling all legal matters related to Real Estate projects• Drafting, vetting and reviewing agreements, contracts, MOUs, lease deeds, sale deeds and legal notices• Managing land acquisition and due diligence processes• Coordinating with government departments, regulatory authorities and external counsels• Handling litigation, arbitration and court-related matters• Ensuring compliance with RERA, property laws and statutory regulations• Providing legal advice to management on business and operational matters• Managing title verification and legal risk assessment• Supporting project approvals and documentation processes• Representing company in legal discussions and negotiations wherever requiredDesired Candidate Profile:• Strong experience in Real Estate industry is mandatory• Excellent knowledge of property laws, land matters and RERA regulations• Strong drafting and negotiation skills• Experience in litigation and liaison work preferred• Ability to independently manage legal department functions• Good communication and leadership skills• Candidate from reputed Real Estate / Infrastructure companies preferredCompensation:Best in industry.
