Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution Location:Delhi NCR Experience:3–6 years PQERole Overview We are looking for a motivated legal professional to join our Dispute Resolution team, focusing on high-stakes commercial disputes. The role involves working on complex domestic and cross-border matters, supporting strategy, and assisting in litigation and arbitration proceedings.Key Responsibilities Assist in handlingcommercial disputes(domestic and cross-border). Support indeveloping dispute resolution strategies , including pre-litigation and arbitration stages. Represent and assist in matters beforecourts and tribunals(Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, etc.). Work onarbitrations(institutional and ad-hoc), including SIAC, ICC, and LCIA. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and provide support oncomplex legal issues . Collaborate with internal teams and contribute toclient advisory work .Key Requirements Qualified lawyer with3–6 years of experiencein Dispute Resolution. Exposure tocommercial litigation and arbitration . Experience appearing beforecourts/tribunals in India . Strongdrafting, research, and analytical skills .
