This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with regional impact.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts.Product & Platform Advisory: Advise on legal aspects of new and existing platform features, ensuring compliance with consumer protection, data privacy, and technology regulations.Policy Development: Maintain and update terms of use, privacy policies, and other legal documents to reflect evolving laws and industry standards.Regulatory Compliance: Monitor developments in digital and technology law, lead compliance initiatives, and manage risk across multiple jurisdictions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Commercial teams to provide pragmatic, business-friendly legal solutions from ideation to launch.Ideal CandidateQualified lawyer with 8-15 years of post-qualification experience, ideally a mix of in-house and law firm exposure.Strong background in digital platforms, e-commerce, or consumer technology businesses.Solid understanding of technology contracting, data privacy, and consumer protection laws.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Commercial mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
