These platforms help clients convert complex, fragmented data into actionable enterprise intelligence.We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support our legal, sales, and operations teams with contract management, documentation, and research, ensuring that our growth is backed by solid legal processes and compliance.Role OverviewAs a Legal Assistant at Scry AI, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to coordinate and manage day-to-day legal operations. You will assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, maintaining documentation, tracking key legal obligations, and supporting compliance initiatives across the company. This role demands high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Support and DocumentationAssist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, partner agreements, and other commercial contractsMaintain organized, up-to-date records of all executed agreements and related correspondenceTrack contract versions, approvals, and signatures; help ensure internal processes are followed before executionSupport the standardization of contract templates, clause libraries, and checklistsLegal Research and Compliance SupportConduct basic legal and regulatory research on topics such as data protection, privacy, IP, and IT/technology contractsSummarize key findings and prepare concise notes or memos for internal stakeholdersAssist in maintaining compliance documentation for key sectors such as BFSI, insurance, and logisticsSupport internal audits of legal documentation, policies, and contract repositoriesCoordination with Internal Teams and External CounselWork with sales, finance, HR, and operations to gather information needed for contract drafting or reviewCoordinate with external legal counsel by preparing documents, collating queries, and tracking open issuesHelp schedule and document legal-related meetings, follow-ups, and action itemsServe as a point of coordination for contract-related queries from internal teamsProcess Management and Record KeepingMaintain structured digital repositories for contracts, legal opinions, and policy documentsTrack key contract milestones such as renewal dates, notice periods, and obligations and flag them to relevant teamsSupport the creation and maintenance of internal SOPs for contract review, approval, and storageAssist in preparing simple reports or trackers related to legal workload, contract status, and renewalsRequired Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field; a law background is preferredExperience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Executive, Contract Coordinator, or similar role (in tech, SaaS, or services environment is a plus)Familiarity with basic concepts in contract law, commercial agreements, and data protectionExperience working with contract management tools, document management systems, or structured trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize legal points clearly for non-legal stakeholdersHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort managing multiple tasks and deadlinesOur Ideal CandidateIs meticulous, process-oriented, and reliable with documentation and follow-upsCan translate legal and contractual requirements into clear, actionable steps for business teamsIs proactive in tracking renewals, obligations, and open issues instead of waiting for escalationsEnjoys working in a high-growth, technology-focused environment and is curious about AI, data, and digital contractsIs comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and supporting senior leadership with timely legal informationIf this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and to see how Scry AI partners with leading enterprises to deploy secure, scalable AI solutions.
